By accessing or using Luna Cycle Tracker ("Luna") at freeperiodtracker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use Luna.
Description of Service
Luna is a free online menstrual cycle and period tracking application. Luna provides:
- Cycle tracking and period predictions based on your logged data
- Symptom, mood, and wellness logging
- Phase-based wellness tips and insights
- Partner Mode — a private read-only link you can share
- Health report PDF generation
- Email reminders for cycle events
Medical Disclaimer
Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use Luna
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Luna for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Luna
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload or transmit malicious code or content
- Use Luna to harass, abuse, or harm others
Intellectual Property
Luna and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Luna Cycle Tracker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our express written permission.
User Data and Content
You retain ownership of all personal data and health information you enter into Luna. By using Luna, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not use your personal data for any purpose beyond providing Luna's features.
Partner Mode
When you generate a Partner Mode link, you take full responsibility for who you share it with. You can revoke the link at any time. Luna is not responsible for any consequences arising from your choice to share your cycle information via Partner Mode.
Service Availability
Luna is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Luna at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luna and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luna Cycle Tracker from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Luna after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.
